About Bill

Bill serves on the faculty of the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He serves a growing list of clients with keynote talks and learning programs. He had “real” jobs in industry at Xerox and Hughes Aircraft, in engineering and project management, prior to following a passion for teaching. His “recovering engineer” status gives Bill a unique ability to connect leadership approaches to practical realities of implementation. Bill’s transition to corporate advising and education involved several years at the University of Southern California where he received a Master in Systems Management and a Ph.D. in Business Administration. Bill is also a certified Project Management Professional.
